• We’ve completed the migration of the site to a new hosting provider.

• Released: Congregation Helper Mangement Tool

• Improvement: Map and report generation time is improved, should complete much faster than before

• Fixed: Several issues with the appearance of the S-13 report.

• Fixed: Mapbox and Bing maps are working again, when viewing from the mamin site.

• Removed: NLS features are disabled for now.

• Released: A status page was released on 3/18/23.

• Fixed: An issue with the appearance of dates on the Territory Analysis S-13 View.

• Fixed: Territory Numbers now appear on the map by default.

• Fixed: Various fixes for the site on Safari and mobile.

  • We have updated our ticketing system. While the email address looks similar to our old one, it now routes them to a new ticketing system. The emails no longer go to a personal mailbox.

• Improved: implemented an internal tool for ta volunteers to more quickly grant users access to congregation territory accounts

  • If you need access to a congregation, to add helpers, or change users in your congregation, open a ticket by sending an email to [email protected]

• New users cannot register or create a congregation

We are working to bring everything back online as soon as we can.

Due to a ransomware attack, the latest data from the old Territory Assistant website has been corrupted. We do have a clean backup from April that will be used in the new version.

Please accept our deepest apologies, we know some of that data may be difficult to recreate.

Any of the following changes made since April will need to be recreated:

• Congregation Accounts

• Territories and their borders

• Sign-in and Sign-out records (data for S-13)

• Contact data and Do Not Calls
